The Fount’s Founder and Chief Editor is Rev. David J. Dill who was licensed and ordained at Antioch Baptist Church in San Jose, California. A gospel minister since 1985, he has worked in the security and investigations field for over 15 years and was licensed to sell real estate and originate mortgage loans in California prior to moving to Louisiana in 2003.
Locally known as “Cookie Man” Rev. Dill raises funds for local and international ministries by serving as a personal chef baking fresh baked scratch cookies and cakes, and barbecuing ribs, chicken, sausage and brisket among many other things for various businesses, churches and families. Rev. Dill is the former owner of Bienville BBQ and Dave’s Mobile Detail. In addition to publishing the news he aspires to establish a health and nutrition business by promoting innovative books, DVD’s and nutritional supplements.
While Rev. Dill believes in the ministries of laying on of hands and anointing of oil according to the Bible, he also helps each Believer to find and activate the healing power God has already bestowed upon them. According to scripture, we KNOW God wants to use His preachers and all disciples to heal people; mind, body & soul—
“Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick. Luke 9:1-2″
Rev. Dill is a health evangelist and disease prevention advocate who has been studying clinical nutrition since 1992. He fully believes in the healing power of God by both supernatural and natural means; educating Believers in the Word of God about God’s healing plants in order to help activate their faith and activate the body’s own self-healing mechanisms.
Rev. Dill seeks to wake up the ‘Dragon Slayer’ in each and every Believing Child Of The Most High God by helping those who not only seek to walk righteously and build up Our Father’s Kingdom, but who also seek to fully understand their God-given purpose in the earth by tearing down The Enemy’s kingdom the way Jesus did; exercising total dominance over satanic forces in cooperation with the power of the Holy Ghost by verbally commanding demons to cease and desist all acts of evil, commanding them to vacate and pleading the Blood of Jesus Christ over our lives, families, businesses, churches and relationships–
“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. Luke 10:19-20″
According to the Great Commission mandate, Rev. Dill fully supports local and international gospel ministries of Jesus Christ which not only teach and preach but emphasize feeding the hungry, providing for the poor, and aiding with disaster relief.
