The schools in Bienville Parish ranked 46 out of 69 parishes in Louisiana in school performance test scores.

The following schools were listed as “School in Decline,” having made lower School Performance Scores (SPA) this testing period than last.

Arcadia High SPS=68.1—lost 2.9 performance points.
Bienville = 62.5 SPS—lost 7.0 performance points
Crawford = 68.2 SPS—lost 5.0 performance points
Gibsland/Coleman = 78.5 SPS— lost 4.7 performance points

School with Exemplary Growth =
Ringgold elem 82.9 SPS = gained 6.0 points
Castor 97.7 SPS = gained 3.9 points

School with NO GROWTH = Ringgold High = 70.7 = gained 0.5 points

School with minimal growth = Saline = 100.1 SPS
